Abstract

The digital divide continues to be a significant barrier to equitable regional development, impacting both access to technology and opportunities for growth. This article examines the relationship between the digital divide and regional connectivity, highlighting disparities in access to digital infrastructure and the implications for economic and social development. Through a review of existing literature and case studies, the study explores the causes and consequences of digital inequalities and proposes strategies for bridging the gap. The findings suggest that addressing the digital divide requires a multi-faceted approach involving policy intervention, investment in infrastructure, and community engagement to ensure inclusive and sustainable regional development.
