Health disparities among minority groups are a pressing public health issue characterized by significant differences in health outcomes and access to healthcare services. This article explores the multifaceted causes of these disparities, including socioeconomic factors, systemic racism, cultural barriers, and lack of access to quality healthcare. It also examines potential solutions, such as policy reforms, community engagement, and culturally competent healthcare practices, aimed at reducing these disparities. By addressing the underlying determinants of health, stakeholders can work towards achieving health equity for all individuals, irrespective of their racial or ethnic backgrounds
