Refund Policy

  1. Purpose:

The Refund Policy for Kashf Journal of Multidisciplinary Research outlines the guidelines and procedures regarding refunds for payments made to the journal for various services, including but not limited to article processing charges (APCs), subscription fees, and print copies.

  1. Article Processing Charges (APCs):

Authors are required to pay APCs upon acceptance of their manuscript for publication in Kashf Journal of Multidisciplinary Research. APCs cover the costs associated with manuscript processing, peer review, editing, and publication. The following conditions apply to APC refunds:

  • Full Refund: APCs will be fully refunded if the manuscript is rejected before entering the production stage.
  • Partial Refund: If a manuscript is withdrawn by the authors after entering the production stage but before publication, a partial refund may be issued, taking into account the work already completed by the journal.
  1. Subscription Fees:

Subscribers who have paid subscription fees for access to Kashf Journal of Multidisciplinary Research are eligible for refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Service Disruption: If the journal experiences prolonged service disruptions or cessation of publication, subscribers will be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the remaining subscription period.
  • Dissatisfaction: Subscribers who are dissatisfied with the journal's content or services may request a refund within a specified refund period, subject to review and approval by the editorial team.
  1. Print Copies:

Readers or authors who have purchased printed copies of articles from Kashf Journal of Multidisciplinary Research may be eligible for refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Copies: Refunds will be issued for printed copies that are damaged or defective upon receipt. Requesters must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to qualify for a refund.
  • Non-Delivery: If printed copies fail to be delivered within a reasonable timeframe or are lost in transit, requesters may request a refund or replacement copies.
  1. Refund Request Process:

To request a refund, individuals must submit a formal refund request to the journal's editorial office. Refund requests should include details such as the payment transaction ID, invoice number, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation.
