Abstract

Climate change presents one of the most significant challenges of the 21st century, affecting ecosystems, economies, and communities globally. Effective adaptation strategies are essential to mitigate adverse impacts and enhance resilience. This paper explores the integration of scientific research and policy-making in developing comprehensive climate change adaptation strategies. By examining case studies and best practices, the study highlights the importance of interdisciplinary approaches, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based policy decisions. The paper concludes with recommendations for enhancing the synergy between science and policy to foster sustainable adaptation efforts.
