Abstract

Lifelong learning is increasingly recognized as a key to thriving in the 21st century’s rapidly changing world. In this article, "Unlocking Minds: The Science of Lifelong Learning," we explore the neurological, psychological, and technological foundations of continuous education. The focus is on how the human brain remains adaptable throughout life and the role of motivation, technology, and cognitive flexibility in maintaining this adaptability. This article also presents modern strategies and tools for fostering a culture of lifelong learning, addressing challenges such as age-related cognitive decline and barriers to access. Through a blend of scientific insights and practical applications, we aim to provide a roadmap for individuals and educators to harness the power of lifelong learning.
